A membership garage and members' room for the Longmont corridor. Three bays, professional tools, and staff who rack your car so you can get under it. No upsell, no service advisor — and a room full of people who know the platform you're working on.
Most apartment and HOA agreements ban vehicle repair on the property outright. Nothing on jack stands, nothing leaking, nothing on blocks.
A floor jack and stands get you under a car. They don't get you comfortable, and they don't get a transmission out.
Nobody to hold the other end, nobody who's done this swap before, and no one to look at the thing you just pulled off and tell you it's fine.
Every founding seat carries everything in Full Send, locked for 24 months — twelve midweek hours, the $49 peak rate, project parking, priority booking, and the members' room. The price depends on where you are in line. Seats are released in three tranches, and each one costs more than the last.
Free, takes a minute. Your place is set by the timestamp on your signup — that's what decides your tranche and your rate.
This is what actually holds a seat. The card is authorized, not charged — no money moves until we open. Waitlist alone doesn't reserve anything.
You get seven days to add a card once you're invited. Miss it and the seat goes to the next person in line, and you keep your spot for the following tranche.
Why 60 and not more. There are three bays. A founding seat holds its rate for two years, so every one is peak capacity we can't re-price until 2029. 60 is what the bays carry at founding rates while still leaving weekend room for everyone else. We won't quietly add a fourth tranche after these are gone.
Fast wifi, good coffee, a proper bench, and somewhere to sit while the penetrating oil does its job. Monthly build nights, tech sessions on specific platforms, and a members' board for parts, advice, and a spare set of hands.
Every DIYer's real fear is running out of time with the car in pieces. Tell the steward before your slot ends and you roll into the next open midweek block at $19/hr. No penalty rate, no tow, no lecture.
Half the jobs worth doing need someone to hold the other end. Add a guest when you book — they don't pay and don't need a membership. They sign the same waiver and do the same short safety walkthrough you did, and then they're in.
Our lowest rate and our easiest slots to book, often same-day. If your schedule bends, this is the most bay time your money buys. No membership needed.
A third off any tier for CU Boulder Car Club members, Formula SAE team members, and trade school students. Show a current student ID or team roster.
The founding rate runs 24 months, but you can pause or cancel any month with 30 days' notice. Hold the seat because it's worth holding.
The doors aren't open yet. Get in line now and your signup time sets your tranche — right now that's $99/mo locked for two years. Your answers shape the hours we keep and the tools we buy.
Not yet. We're allocating founding seats now, and the list gets the email first when the doors open. Joining is free and sets your place in line — see below for what actually holds a seat.
No — and we'd rather be blunt about it. The list sets your place in line. A seat is only held once you put a card on file, which we'll email you a link to do. That's deliberate: if an email address could lock a seat, the people who actually want one would be stuck behind people who didn't.
Nothing sneaky. The numbers above are real, the price rises by tranche, and the offer closes when the last seat is reserved or on October 23, whichever comes first. We don't reopen it later under a different name.
Not now. When founding memberships open, your card is authorized — not charged — and money only moves when the doors do.
No, and this isn't negotiable. Stewards rack every car. It takes four minutes, it's the single biggest safety factor in a shop like this, and it's why we can let you do everything else yourself.
Our stewards run the lifts and keep the shop safe — they don't diagnose cars or talk you through a repair. The help here comes from the room: build nights, the members' board, and the person in the next bay who's already done your swap.
No paint or body filler, no work for hire, and no leaving a car overnight unless you have project parking. Heavy jobs are fine — that's what the lifts are for.
